The 2014 Ford Escape has a spacious cabin and lots of features for any type of driver.

Although no injuries or deaths have been recorded from software that needs to be upgraded in 692,500 2013-2014 Ford Escapes and C-Max hybrids, Ford is asking dealerships to pull the vehicles from their lots.

According to Ford, the technology behind the deployment of one of the airbags that comes down from the ceiling is faulty, and in the event of a rollover, the passenger’s head could be impacted.

An airbag is an essential part of keeping drivers and passengers safe while in the vehicle.
