2019 Ford Focus Release Date and New Features
After a lengthy period of research and development, Ford will release the next-generation Ford Focus. It will initially be rolled out in Europe in China, and then it will arrive in North America with an anticipated launch in early 2019.
2019 Ford Focus and Ford CoPilot360
The Ford CoPilot 360 suite of driver assistance technologies — which debuted in the all-new 2019 Ford Fusion — will be offered in the next-generation Ford Focus. Features of CoPilot360 include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Centering, Speed Sign Recognition, the Adaptive Front Lighting System, Active Park Assist, Evasive Steering Assist.

2019 Ford Focus
The 2019 Focus will offer high-level connectivity with its FordPass Connect embedded modem technology, which includes an in-car WiFi hotspot with the ability to connect up to 10 devices. Another element of FordPass Connect is the FordPass mobile app, which offers a wide range of convenience features, including Vehicle Locator, Vehicle Status, and Remote Start, Locking, and Unlocking.
Improved Driving Characteristics
Drivers of the new Focus will enjoy its improved driving dynamics, especially with its new chassis and suspension, as well as the all-new Electric Power Assisted Steering system for more responsive handling. The new Focus will come standard with Drive Mode Technology with three different settings — Normal, Sport and Eco — enabling you to customize according to the driving situation and your preferred driving style. Another new performance feature for the 2019 Focus is the optional 8-speed automatic transmission, which provides quick shifting while maximizing efficiency.
